Pythagoras was an amazing man. Even still, his followers killed because of his ideas. They were acting irrationally, although since they were driven to these acts as a result of irrational numbers, perhaps it felt rational.

I am no Pythagoras. I wish I could feel curious about this world but it seems like I am losing the ability to do so. With more knowledge pouring into our consciousness everyday, from so many sectors, it seems overwhelming. I once played Noah in a grade school production, but I feel more like the Egyptian army, as of late.

I started reading a book last night entitled, “Ignorance” and it talks about this vast accumulation of information and knowledge, in relation to science. Apparently, what drives science is ignorance, even though it would appear to a non-scientists that it is a vast array of facts.
